He's obviously exaggerating the move so we can see what he's talking about, but is isn't understanding at all the remarkable timing Scheffler has to have to be that active from the knees down & still hit the ball flush nearly every time.
Sure, Scheffler works very hard, but the timing & hand-eye are gifts that no amount of practice will deliver.
