I played baseball for many years.

I stopped when I discovered I was a 5 Tool....less prospect.

Enjoyed it nevertheless.

6th - 8th grade. Team at a big grade school.
Because I loved Billy Williams & Glenn Beckert, I wanted to play LF or 2nd base.
The LF all 3 years hit homeruns. I didn't. The 2nd baseman hit 500. I didn't.
Coaches always said "You're fast & you have a good arm. Go play center."
So much for LF or 2nd base.
