"After the Southern primaries," he said, "you had called the election" -- apparently referring to the media. "And who's fooling who? Winning South Carolina in the Democratic primary is about as significant as winning Guam. No Democrat is going to win in the general election. Why do these victories have so much significance?"

He's also bad at math as well as politics.

I mean, the whole primary was front loaded with southern states HRC was sure to win even if they weren't states we'd win in the GE. And it did seem that they were declaring the race all but over after she won those states. As much as I love the fact that Bernie won the states that he has, I'm well aware that many are states that he wouldn't likely win in the general. But there also wasn't any sort of call for HRC to drop out or concede the primary to Bernie when he wont states he did. In fact there was plenty of talk of how insignificant his wins were and that the race was still over and "would he consider being her running mate?" I'm also pretty sure the people in Guam are aware of their insignificance in the grand scheme of our electoral process.

It was the same shite Mark Penn was peddling in 2008--that red state Democrats don't count.

"...And if we were sheep, if we had gotten in line, there'd be no problem now," he continued, saying "establishment figures would get elected"

They think he insulted them.

The way I see it he merely pointed out that we can either think for ourselves or just take what TBP hand us. Some people like the status quo, many of us do not and we aren't willing to settle for it.

As opposed to the Sanders' "fans"?

Gee, I thought that this was a political board. People are supporters, not fans. This is not TMZ.

Fan - someone who admires and supports a person, sport, sports team, etc.

It's acceptable to say Hillary or Bernie fan.

But I guess that's all you had to go with since everything else Hillary SUPPORTERS are throwing at Bernie SUPPORTERS is failing.

Did you see how I used supporters instead of fans.

And he called HRC supporters sheep or words to that effect.

Rather condescending and arrogant.
