On edit: Maybe someone should let the OP know Bernie won Wyoming? Or have they now moved to attacking their own wins?
shadowandblossom
(718 posts)Which some are interpreting as voter fraud because it didn't benefit their candidate who does very well in caucus states where it is generally difficult for such people to attend. I didn't look into this conspiracy theory this time, so I don't know, but that's what this one is based on from what I heard.

(146,351 posts)The federal government has zero jurisdiction over this. The petition is a waste of time. It would be better to try to get people in NY, PA, CT, and MD to vote for the candidate you favor. Wyoming's primary is over. Time to look ahead, not back.

(5,648 posts)There are worse things that Sanders supporters could be doing than spending their time spreading useless petitions.

(885 posts)If true it would fall under criminal proceedings and be within jurisdiction. Now proving merit off of statistical anomaly is a whole other matter entirely.

(26,060 posts)are you going to post whining about how since your candidate isn't ahead there HAS to be fraud? I see at least 3 in the first 20 threads. You're a pathetic, whiny sore loser and you're clogging up this board with conspiracy theory bullshit.

(10,164 posts)Someone already alerted on it (and four jurors don't give a fuck about the rules), apparently. Anyway, off to Ignore with you. Hope your shit-tier, corrupt candidate gets indicted soon. Ta-ta...

How Hillary Clinton Bought the Loyalty of 33 State Democratic Parties http://www.counterpunch.org/2016/04/01/how-hillary-clinton-bought-the-loyalty-of-33-state-democratic-parties/
During 2008 race it was reported in May 2012 (well before anyone declared their 2016 candidacy)... Hillary Clinton paid off other Black Preachers to attack Rev. Wright

(26,060 posts)And the best thing Pres Obama did during his campaign was kick his ass to the curb. That poster is all over the site declaring that NY is about to steal the primary from Sanders and I wanted to know how many more times he/she was going to post that stupid charge.
jimmy_crack_corn
(79 posts)The point is I have provided two links that would indicate that there is some underhanded smoke filled room behavior that reeks of conspiracy
leftynyc
(26,060 posts)and there is no conspiracy - you just can't accept that more people want Hillary than want Bernie. That's your problem.

(2,262 posts)She served his administration loyally, why would he do that? In fact, it seems he's doing everything he can to endorse her without endorsing her.

(28,749 posts)- How many surrogate votes went for Sanders in Laramie county.
- Will those also be investigated since they made up a good portion of surrogate votes?
- Do you feel surrogate votes should count?

(28,762 posts)inaccurate?
Of those in-person voters, 329 sided with Clinton and 474 were for Sanders.
Of the more than 600 surrogate ballots received, 402 went in favor of Clinton and a mere 215 went to Sanders.

NCTraveler
(30,481 posts)infringing on peoples right to vote. For example, there were real issues in Arizona, among other places. The dem party actually fought what republicans did there but the dems were unproductive because of how outnumbered they were. Even that was blamed on Clinton at DU. These things are very important but petitions like this are designed to keep people in their "camps" and to foment more anger; not to address the serious issue.

(51,388 posts)Also, the party rules were followed as has been in effect for many years.
Wyoming is the only state that would be affected due to it being a one congressional state and having the lowest votes for Democratic President of all the states with just one congressional state.
If this had happened in Alaska which has the next highest delegates in their district it would had ended up 6 - 4. Because after 8 delegates the differences start to show up.

(15,679 posts)to the petition that raised 100,000+ signatures I the first 30 hours after the Arizona fiasco? I thought Obama cared about democracy. What's up with that?
I love the feigned indignation of Hillarians about ridiculous petitions as they characterize them upthread. Seems like they just can't help coming across as hypocrites at times. And they call themselves democrats ... for shame. Seriously.
Agschmid
(28,749 posts)This isn't factual, the petition is based on a lie spread via social media.
KPN
(15,679 posts)there's plenty of examples upthread. They are a repeat of posts by Hillarians on the AZ petition. Anyone not concerned about what went on there who calls him/herself is a hypocrite, plain and simple in my view. ... If you don't fit that category, don't take it personally.
