(15,185 posts)As it is, one of the main reasons McCain lost was choosing her to be his VP candidate. I've heard from many people that that decision alone made them question his judgment.
Aside from the South and that too mostly among white males, the party has little core support - and seems to have little interest in broadening that base either.
