2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumStiglitz and now Krugman have high praise for Hillary's economic platform.
Two of the most significant liberal economists in the world, Nobel laureates both.
So, upon learning this, is the Hillary bashing chorus going to change its tune? We'll see. As Krugman deftly explained:
Guess we'll find out soon enough which school of though the Hillary bashers belong to.

(6,604 posts)on the IWR vote:
Now, you can understand why many political and media figures would prefer not to talk about any of this. Some of them, I suppose, may have been duped: may have fallen for the obvious lies, which doesnt say much about their judgment. More, I suspect, were complicit: they realized that the official case for war was a pretext, but had their own reasons for wanting a war, or, alternatively, allowed themselves to be intimidated into going along.
Link deliberately omitted, because--you know--I didn't think it was important.
Go fish.
