FYI: March for Bernie - Central Wisconsin - Saturday, April 2, 2016 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM CDT
MarchForBernie - Central Wisconsin gathers supporters of Bernie Sanders on the last Saturday before the Wisconsin primary. This is an opportunity for Bernie supporters throughout central Wisconsin to join the thousands of people across the country who are marching for change and FEELIN' THE BERN!!!
We are citizens and voters who demand change in the rigged political and economic system. We will be heard. Bring your family. Invite your friends. If you are a member of a church group, union, club or social group, then consider coming as a group and carrying a homemade group banner.
SCHEDULE
11:00 am - Gathering with Greg Orlow on Acoustic Guitar
11:40 am - Kickoff and Marching Orders
12:00 pm - March Leaves Rec Center
12:50 pm - Mid-March Rally
2:00 pm - March Returns to Rec Center
2:15 pm - Keynote and Other Speakers
2:45 pm - Music by Baba Ghanooj
4:00 pm - End of Rally
4:30 pm - After Party with Kyerokaya, Half Pants, and Armchair Boogie
Everyone registered for the event will receive email updates as the march gets closer. Posters and additional resources will be posted on our Facebook event page as they become available.
