When asked on CNN, who would be a better candidate for minority voters, Brother West stated, "No doubt, Bernie Sanders."

just like they have every right to ignore all the many many great things he has said and done over the years. Because he does not agree with their president. It makes not one bit of good sense to me but then when you feel that way about your president it is all getting into territory I don't understand.

The response is more than I thought. All of the Hillary supporters hate him, and many of the Sanders supporters like him.
I didn't expect to see this much of a difference within the two forums that I posted this in.

14. I forget the story

but it was a slight to Obama. I know that Gen (forget her complete handle) did tell me about it, and I read what she had to say in the AA forum. I will have to do a search and refresh my memory because some of the supporters were very angry. Since race relations were already an issue this is just salt on the wound. I always loved Dr. West's books but there is definitely a story with West/Obama.

20. Obama is really pretty conservative -

and that is probably where we had to go with the removal of Bush from office, even though radicals like myself and Cornel West would've liked faster movement. We had invaded the middle east, the banking system was out of control - Obama inherited disasters. Sometimes more patience is needed. Now that the ship is upright we take stock and look at the type of president we need to move forward into the 21st century and address our inequalities.
