'Genuinely shocking': Pro-Trump justices give presidential immunity case bad faith treatment - Trump on Trial - MSNBC

An MSNBC prime time panel share overall assessments of the arguments presented to the Supreme Court today on the question of whether "presidential immunity" protects Donald Trump from being prosecuted for his role in the January 6 insurrection, and the brazen manner in which some of the partisan justices showed their willingness to manipulate the case to Donald Trump's benefit. - Aired on 04/25/2024.

1. Can it be made retrospective?

2. Can it be made to apply to Trump only, and no one else?

If YES to 1 and NO to 2, does that mean Nixon and Clinton, how were both 'naughty' in office, are forgiven?

Does it mean any current or future President can:

a. Make a hit list of people he'd like to have assassinated.
b. Cancel all future elections and declare himself President for life?
c. Start a genocidal war somewhere?
d. Stand on 5th street and shoot someone, just for fun?
e. Cancel the constitution and ban all firearms?
f. Cancel the Supreme court and electoral college?

And the big question - how stupid is the Supreme Court?

Basically though, it's a blatant attempt to excuse Trump from his many court cases.

Makes you wonder what intellectual deficiency the Supreme Court is suffering from.

As opposed to the criminal former president who is actually charged with them and is facing trials in four jurisdictions - not to mention, running to lead the government he attempted to overthrow!
