..a small town in Washington state in the 50s and not once did he ever have to use qualified immunity. In fact, since all their notes back then were hand written in small notepads ( think of Joe Friday), I have ALL those notepads ( as they were told to save them) and he was one of the good guys...

He was one of the GOOD cops.
