To expand the Supreme Court. Its a terrible, terrible idea that would just lead to constant changes to the number of justices based on which party is in power. If we expanded to 13 them Trump might get a chance to influence the composition even more.
And how is the Supreme Court making law? They literally do not have the power to make law. They can strike down laws as unconstitutional but not create new ones.
What are the grounds for impeaching Thomas? I thoroughly disagree with him, but what laws has he broken?
