9. McCarthy was useless

Mike Johnson appears to be someone who can make a promise and keep it.

We don't have to like him, but this is how government works. Or it's supposed to work anyway. There's supposed to be a give-and-take where leaders come together and make a deal to get things done. For over 200 years our Representatives have worked together to pass laws for the good of the country.

Anyone who was born in the last 25 years can be forgiven for not realizing this.

In a very short time Hakeem Jeffries will be the new Speaker and he'll put those Repukes to shame.
