Your segment on "conspiracy theories" that the election was stolen was poorly written. There are many problems of voter disenfrnachisment that you could have focused on. Minorities and college students were forced to wait in line for over 10 hours in Ohio to vote, due to a lack of machines, while voters in rich suburbs voted easily. To say this election went off without a hitch betrays millions of people who never recieved absentee ballots, were intimidated at the polls, and had registrations ripped up before they could even make it to the polls.
Furthermore, your emphasis that Bush won this election handily is off the mark. Bush won this election in Ohio, which almost went to Kerry. When provisional ballots are counted, it is highly likely that Bush will have won by 50,000 votes or less out of over 110,000,000 cast. That hardly suggests that he won handily. In fact, there is an outside chance that Kerry can come close enough to force a recount there, after 150,000-175,000 provisional ballots (mostly from minority presincts) are counted.
Your "reporting" is off the mark. You need to debunk YOUR conspiracy theory that "everything went off without a hitch in this election." If you do not, you will forever be considered complicit in Karl Rove's psy-ops against his own people that Bush won this election handily. There are many irregularities, and painting those who find them as "conspiracy theorists" is highly unethical and immoral. Especially when you chose not to bother to investigate the truth. The FBI and Congress are now investigating electronic voting machines that can be hacked into as easy as a home computer. I find it chilling that our democracy hangs in the hands of computer hackers. I find it even more chilling that you omit this fact from your "news" reports.
Sincerely, xxxxxxxxxxxxx

There must be a lot of traffic for their e-mail right now, because I'm having some difficulty getting in to send a message of my own.
