Terror expert: Qaida WMD attack on US likely soon

An al-Qaida attack on the US with non-conventional weapons is virtually "inevitable," and the organization is likely "tying up the knots" for such an attack, Yosef Bodansky, former director of the US Congressional Task Force on Terrorism and Unconventional Warfare, told The Jerusalem Post on Sunday.

"All of the warnings we have today indicate that a major strike – something more horrible than anything we've seen before – is all but inevitable," he said.

Bodansky, here for the second annual Jerusalem Summit, an international gathering of conservative thinkers, added that "the primary option" for the next al-Qaida attack on US soil would be one that would use weapons of mass destruction.

"I do not have a crystal ball, but this is what all the available evidence tells us, we will have a bang," Bodansky said.

5. I have an awful feeling this is true. Notice the point is made that

until the reselection of Bush, the argument was made not to kill innocent American civilians but now the green light has been given as we are complicit!Fuck Bush and all those bastards that voted for him. 8. This Bodansky fellow

is the one who warned the world in 1999 that Osama had 20 nukes. Around the same time, he claimed Saddam had a big operation cranking out nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons, with a stockpile so large that he was an exporter to radical Arab states.

Keep that in mind while reading this guy's "more horrible than anything we've seen before" and "all but inevitable" squalling.

13. I'm so glad you all are here to interpret the news

This is just the kind of story that could keep me awake the rest of the night. As alarming as this is, and as much as it makes sense after reading the full Bin Laden transcript, I was pretty much predicting (to myself) that we'd have a big terrorist attack, only to be followed by something like martial law. It seems like the faster people are waking up, the faster things are escalating in terms of putting forward whatever agenda has been in place, by whomever. I am just so dang confused. All I know is the pieces fit perfectly together, even if a person thinks Bin Laden is behind all of it. It reads like some sci-fi horror film, where you just know what the next scene will bring. Unfortunately, it's real life. I never thought I'd see this in my life.

Peaople should be more afraid of the flu. It is a greater risk than al-Qaida.
