Doctors in NJ actively working for the removal of Democrats.... |
|
Complaining of ever increasing costs for mal-quack-tice insurance premiums, medical doctors in NJ have taken to canvassing neighborhoods encouraging voters to vote out Democrats and install Republicans in next months election. While Democratic lawmakers in Trenton have lent a sympathetic ear to the hardscrabble life and times of the complainants by setting up a taxpayer financed fund to help doctors pay their insurance costs, the measure apparantly doesn't go far enough for the liking of the cash-strapped group.
Instead of policing their ranks and ridding their profession of the repeat offenders who remove the wrong limb, breast, lung, what-have-you, they are focused on removing from office Democrats who side with the unworthy patients of such quality care.

1. If there's one thing at which the GOP really excels |

It's getting people to vote against their own self-interests. This is so very frustrating for those of us who take the time to know the issues. The Republicans' true constituency is really less than 1% of the population. I just wish that the rest of the registered Republicans understood that.

2. Boy, did you say a mouthful. |

And what's with those doctors? I don't get that type of doctor at all. They are the ones who, along with their accountants, cheat Medicare and Medicaid, and the blame is usually placed on the poor patients. They are the ones who cover for each other's mistakes, instead of policing their own.

After our annual "so who in your family got cancer this year?" discussion, when we turned to the annual "so what's causing you all this stress?" discussion, I brought up Vince's candidacy. Her response: "Good. It's time to get the Republicans out of there. They scare the hell out of me."
