I want to use a national provider for our second computer, but not AOL or MSN...Before I land at Earthlink, anybody have some insights into others, including the ones in the subject?? I've checked out myisp.org but I'm not getting the info on how much capacity these things have. I know Earthlink has a huge no. of lines....or whatever. I'm not all that up on the technical stuff. Just don't want to be dropped off at an inopportune moment...........
Thanks!

And while the service has been adequate, there was a full business day that I couldn't receive email. Since some of my business relies on that, I called support to see if they'd give me some credit. Wouldn't mean much financially, but an appropriate gesture for them to make.
1) The operator was in India; 2) They refused to make any sort of gesture.
I'm gonna change as soon as I get around to it. Just my thoughts.
