Florida should be fought over, but never counted on.
Take it for granted that Florida goes to Bush. Kerry wins by maintaining the Gore 2000 states and adding Ohio, or Colorado and New Hampshire

56-42 means nothing until the democratic areas get counted. If we're down 56-42 after Miami-dade county is counted we've lost florida, but it ain't over until we get our big areas counted.
