California, roughly 20-25% of Democrats are going to vote for McCain if Hillary is the Demo candidate. And the Independents are like 85% for McCain.

Now what? Quite frankly, I dislike Obama less than Hilary. So I hope he gets the nod if JE can't. I have a right to think differently than you.
The bottom line is that I will vote for the Dem, who ever gets the nom, over the Repub. That doesn't mean I have to "unite" behind someone I don't like in the primary. Remember, we live in a 'democracy' or so we say...

52. Yep, that's why my vote is going to Edwards in CA.... |
|
I truly believe that only the Democrats could manage after 8 years of Crud and destruction from Bush/Cheney, to lose the '08 election to a Republican, but they will do it if the nominee is either Obama or Hillary. I know there are those that disagree, but call it intuition, and at this point I feel nauseated, because I think the decision was made a long time ago by the higher powers be that it was going to be McCain and Clinton, with McCain the victor.

54. I don't think there is that much difference on most issues between establishment condidates from |
|
either party. Major issues such as Trade policy, our trade relationship with China (especially) are not being addressed in any detail because all of them will act pretty much the same.
"The Democrats have lost their way just like the Republicans."
The mistake is in thinking that there are 2 parties. We get globalist candidates from both parties, so what is the difference besides presentation and some small social policy things to keep people divided?
