This week is part two of what so far is a three part project (previous participation is not required). Last week was a bit of house cleaning to get rid of what no longer, or never did, serves so there is plenty of room for what does work for you. Before one can bring home and install the new fabulous magickally delicious whatsis dohickey it is good to double check their is room in the residence and the electrical system and physical structure can handle the that kind of power pulsing through it. It was my hope that last week's effort will help us all to let the Light flow at closer to full power than otherwise.
Now this week is simply to assist one another in letting the Light in. We are in the month of many sacred celebrations of Light. Approaching 2012 we are receiving yet more Light. As we work in our various ways to heal and enlighten ourselves we make more room for our own Highest Light- the Light of our own Soul. I feel strongly called to create something to open more directly to this Light and the need to make it longer than usual which is why this section is two weeks. So join in if you like and let your Light shine on and through to illuminate all.

Suggested Guidelines:
Please send energy to those who sign up along with this thread. This is to charge it to allow anyone who visits it may choose to receive healing healing now and in the future. The suggested times for those who want guidelines are 6:30-7 AM & 6:30-7 PM. You are NOT expected to send the entire half hour or twice a day or even daily :) Those times are just rough guidelines for those who prefer working in a framework. It is up to you to send when and how long *you* feel is appropriate.
All energy healing techniques are welcome whether prayer, Reiki, visualizing colored light, chanting, singing, dancing, crystals or something totally different. The only requirement is it to be sent with the intention that it be for the highest good of all involved in what ever manner serves the recipients best.
You may take part as a sender, receiver or both. Choose which serves you best at this time. For those who prefer to send to a list of recipients please post below that you wish to receive.
Sharing experiences and results are optional but totally welcome if there is anything you feel comfortable sharing :)
PS Remember to take regular self-care esp. in times of intensity. Take some form of physical exercise which suits you best, drink a little extra water, ground, etc, and always remember to BREATHE! Many people under stress do not breathe fully as a way to surpress emotion. Try checking in every so often to make sure you are breathing properly for you.
