Hello everybody,
My name is Jordon, and I'm the owner of JohnKerryForAmerica.com which is basically a grassroots website for Kerry in 2008 I know some of you signed my petition already. I've been reading your guy's posts for a while now, but I've been itching to post here. Thanks to a anonymous person who donated under my name (thanks angrydemocrat hehe) I can now post here. I hope to have fun with you guys, I know John Kerry isn't well recieved here at DU but it's great to see a group of Kerry supporters. And may I say some of the better Kerry supporters I've seen so far.
Thanks and I look forward to posting here!
- Jordon Wright

Several of the people who post here regularly are in the midst of mid-terms or preparing to take mid-terms next week. So, it has been a little slow.
I loved your site and signed the petition. Nice work!

WEL will be back as soon as she recovers from her mid-term mania. Same with Fire.
Now, where the heck is Vektor? Miss you dear.

No midterm mania for me yet. I'm a graduate student and most of my classes don't even HAVE midterms. I think there's one that actually has a midterm. It's the strangest feeling.
Hi Kerry2008! :hi:

14. Welcome and I actually do think there are a lot of Kerry supporters |
|
here at DU but it only takes a few nasty posters (sometimes only one) to ruin a thread - but that is life.

Does this mean that the ratio of women to men on this forum is now only 80/20?

Don't despair about Kerry's often bumpy road here, remember what Einstein said: "Great Spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds!"

And, if you think it's bad now, you should have seen November and December. Oy.

Were you out for 3 days? Did the snow pile up and up? Are you back now? Does this mean you will have school till nearly July 4th?

I teach at-risk teenagers (16-18) It is a residential program designed to help young people pass the GED, and give them some basic life skills. I like this age group, but I would prefer to teach younger kids.
