Tommorrow is my quit day. |
|
I don't know if I'm ready.I don't feel as confident as I have other times I quit. We'll see if I can get my motivation level up.Hope so because I really need to quit for my health.Wish me luck.

How's it going for you?
I'm on lucky day 13, and although sometimes it's not easy, life does go on, and I seem to be thinking less about smoking.
Good luck to you, I wish you well.

3. I was very, very busy the first day I quit |
|
It was almost accidental...I was trying to cut down, not trying to completely quit. But I was so busy at work that it worked out being pretty easy, at least until after work.
I wish you luck. I've started to quit lots of times without making it more than a few hours. This time it seemed to catch for whatever reason.
As for the morning smoke, yeah, that's a tough one. Some people counsel exercise. Me, I make a ritual of putting my patch on and taking my Wellbutrin in place of smoking and reading the latest headlines on DU.
Good luck to you.
