Bush and Cheney are not the dangers --- they are simply human. Cheney and Bush are the puppets of technology, war technology, and Nuclear technology.

One Nazi after World War II during the war trials, was asked a question something like, how or why were the Nazis able to be so successful? and he replied that: "We were so good at being successful during the war --- because, we were aware of the new technologies and used it."
