Thus Mr. Paine's prediction about the reign of Caligula P may regrettably come to pass if the course of events are not changed and the public not sufficiently awakened to this cabal's ceaseless striving to create a new Corpro-Roman empire. Still there are hopeful signs reflected in his poll numbers, which are plummeting faster than Enron stock, that the reign of looting will end prematurely in November 2004, long before "Little Boots P" has the chance to attain the throne.
