26. Yeap....and they will have hell to pay if this gets screwed
up in some Committee stuff.....which I'm not sure what all that may be....I just realized it ain't over yet.....

We will never, ever, ever work OT without the cash. They will have to pay agency nurses to do it and for more than what our OT is. Plus, the agency nurses are not staff and don't focus on the "unit" as a regular nurse does.... They are quite skilled, thats not the issue but maintaining the daily structure is not possible with a new "fill in the blank" nurse every shift...... Oh, I could go on....
