they're not going to be satisfied until they have been to every court in the land because this isn't about them: this is about the right wing agenda stomping its way into private lives of American citizens.

Isn't * the one who ran on less litigation? Bringing frivolous lawsuits? Aren't the rethugs the party for 'less governmental intrusion'--oh, that's for corporations, not private citizens.
