51. This is a set up.
Conservative repukes could have added words to their bill to force the feeding tube back in. Gov * could have taken temp custody of Terri, before announcing his plans.

IMO, this is a set up by the extreme right to show that there are rogue judges making law, instead of ruling upon the law. Sadly, I feel that this is the beginnings of the right trying to weaken judges. Then watch out! Once judges have been weakened, they will ram all kinds of bills through congress without worries of them being over turned.

Already, there are some talk being started as to how can a judge be more powerful than the president, congress, a governor, and state congress.
