I sincerely hope that the analysis above positing lawsuit fatigue is wrong.The Universities being at least nominally independent can, by maintaining their standards for curriculum, exert a counterbalancing influence to the bellowing and wailing from the frightwingshrieker fundies seeking to take over school boards and curriculums at lower levels.
