Never one to lose ops, Rove and crew figured the Perfect answer, the Holy Grail, All In on using NOLA as the means to get Roberts not only on the court but as the CH J.
How? Use the Puppet to create distraction....
The Perfect Puppect had the Perfect ACT. Just be himself.........TOO EASY...
All Rove had to do was let George loose and everything would soon be fucked up....
They knew. They were willing to let NOLA become a distraction/reason for Roberts...clever these peeps. Cruel too....
