I really don't believe she meant any harm. In fact, I think this was Barbara's own way of showing her sympathy, her support.

If she were to read this thread, she would become angry, her eyes would well up with tears, and she would retreat into her shell and feel the anger that she most probably feels towards "people" in general.

The Bush's would simply say, "no comment" and sit at home and curse and fume and seethe for weeks at a time. I've read they actually do this, both George and Babs.

I've read that she is proud of being outspoken, but she realizes that she tramples on peoples' feelings all the time.

I'd say she's better off shutting her big mouth.
