26. Characterizing this as "praise" is a real stretch
(The text of the address follows the sensationalized article) I'm glad I bothered to read what she actually said.

The bare mention of bush is buried and you can almost hear a "finally" when she said "he has recognized that Katrina was no ordinary hurricane". That's as far as she goes in referring to his involvement to date. Not even faint praise!

"Raw" sould save its fire for Republicans, or at least hold it until a Democrat has actually done something wrong.
