2. Rebuilding the WTC as it was would be more productive.

It'd generate jobs, for one thing.

I always thought they should rebuild them to look exactly the same (all the technological improvements would be on the inside) but one story higher, to make a point.

It'd be classy, discreet, and everybody would be happy. The plane thing won't happen again -- you got smarter than that. Why doesn't ANYBODY with a voice propose such a thing?
