This is what we are hearing.

It's complicated legal bullshit as to why and includes the statutes of limitation is about out on this situation. Both DeLay and his daughter were subpoened last year in this Texas State Grand Jury investigation that resulted in indictments in that last several weeks.

DeLay's two buddies, that got nailed, each face 99 years in prison. The idea obviously, is to roll his two buddies to get at DeLay. Time will tell but again technically legally complicated. Ronnie Earle even said last week he doesn't have jurisdiction to nail DeLay at this juncture. Earle is a Travis County (Austin) District Attorney. He & the GJ has no jurisdiction over DeLay who lives in Harris (Houston) County.

Unfortunately, the Bush Family Texas Mafia is extremely powerful and dangerous. They control the Texas Governor and key State officials, and these are State, not Federal, indictments against DeLay's corruption buddies.

FYI, I'm with a large "money group" in Houston that has been trying to drag down Tom DeLay for 3 years now. I ran the group last year trying to help John Kerry/John Edwards, and supply intel on the Swift Boat operations, which we had insiders in the organization. Unfortunately, the Bush Family Texas Mafia is extremely powerful and dangerous. They shoved over $6 million into that Swift Boat fraud operation against Kerry.

I posted very heavily here at DU last year on DeLay and the Bush Family Texas Mafia. It was because of documents that nailed DeLay and some BushCo Mafia members that the Feds accidently uncovered at Enron. Many of these same members were involved in the Swift Boat fraud to nail John Kerry. To-date nothing has happened in regards to these uncovered documents. Again it's complicated, but overall the Feds are afraid disclosing these documents might hurt their cases against Ken Lay and other top brass.
