3. Theory - Is the newly discovered Rove email really a scam for his defense?
Why would KKKarl's lawyer release the news of a newly found email just days ago to the press?
Why would KKKarl's lawyer press Fitz for a 4th Grand Jury testimony?
And now, why does Luskin, Rove's lawyer emphatically proclaim KKKarl's innocence in not being part of any scheme?

Sounds like the resources of the US GOVT are cranking out last minute, bogus emails to save KKKarl.

Thoughts?
