These are all extremely serious offenses, which DO involve lying to everybody about the reasons for the war and covering it up. Disclosing classified information in particular carries a prison sentence. Without looking at the federal sentencing guidelines I couldn't say how long a sentence, but if these pricks are convicted, they definitely could be looking at significant jail time.
