20. like and respect
we all get too caught up in liking v respecting. I think its more important to respect someone rather than like them. I do not think hilary or barrack respect each other for reasons that may be valid or not. For instance while I dislike dubya with a passion and for many reasons I have to respect certain things about him (he believes what he believes and will stand for it and he is loyal to his people, misguided as it may be) On the other hand I like Hilary but I don't quite respect her because of the negative campaigning she and Bill, whom I like as well, have been running. This is why I would be able to shake Bush's hand in good conscience while i couldn't do the same with the Clinton's. But thats just me
