What have the last five years been?

We have been in Iraq longer than we were in World War Two.
Unless WWII was considered to be a quickie, I'd say that
we have ALREADY had a long-term presence in Iraq. Regardless
of what many say, I still think that the Senate IWR only authorized
military action in case of imminent danger, which was never the
case. Therefore the invasion was undertaken without any Congressional
approval.

The powers are separate, alright. The Cheneybush White House has taken
all the power, and left COngress with none. Separate for sure. Not very
equal, though..........
