102. If Clay owned the home
How in the world could the county kick him out of the home, involuntarily, and force him into a nursing home. I don't understand any of this. Even if they, meaning the county, only recognized Clay and his partner as roommates, that still wouldn't give them the right to just force Clay from his home. This is outrageous, and a complete abuse of power. They would have never done this to a male/female married couple. How reprehensible that this happened. I am so sorry for Clay and Harold.
