like McChrystal is being punished. The Military has never liked taking orders from civilians. Especially civilian Congresscritter and Presidents who are not former military or who try to exercise their constitutional authority over the Military.

The fact that McChrystal was even appointed to his position speaks volumes about who controls whom.
