McChrystal was one that was playing to get way ahead of any in his rank category. He did it by lying about Tillman's death. By doing so, he was sucking up to bu$h/cheney, who were running for reelection. Put him in for a Silver Star, also. WTF!!!! Do they realize by doing something like that it cheapens the intent of the award? That's the way I felt.
Here's a story on McChrystal's credibility problem. He's f*cked up 3 or 4 times and possibly gave the Obama administration that he was the only way to go into Afghanistan.
