21. Yep..

Definitely appears to be the case. I believe it would be interesting to track how much time bush* co spent in the capital prior to the attacks and then track how much time they were in the capital following the attacks. Just might indicate an awareness of an impending major attack and as Condiliar stated in front of the 9/11 comission, "they didn't have an exact date."
