I think both. His handlers have convinced him to allow the economy to collapse - as another poster here said - in order to get rid of the middle class, all social programs, and make us into a nation of serfs to serve the ultra wealthy (those would be the only two classes left) - AND Duhhhhhhhbya swallows it whole and does as he's told. That *is*, after all, why they wanted their little monkey-puppet in there so badly - he's easy to drive and manipulate...no brains, thoughts, or common sense of his own. I've seen CxOs demand to have certain types of 'administrative assistants' for the same reason(s). They didn't want the intelligent ones with their own thoughts - they only wanted dumb, unquestioning ones with no morals (and no idea what the word even means and too lazy to care).

That's the definition of Duhhhbya...
