Although I've been told that other DUers have reported similar problems, so you may be referring to another poster (sad that this has happened once, terrifying that it seems to be common these days). Here's my story:

I did take some action today (I will file a report in my original thread tomorrow; too exhausted tonight). Nothing as significant as many suggested (though the thought of taking the bold steps was satisfying in and of itself!). The school administration was very responsive. The young woman (she wasn't an actual teacher but a college student worker in the afterschool program) denied she made the comment, but it seemed clear she wasn't believable to those who questioned her.

Of all the things I find frightening about the impact of big Republican wins on Tuesday, this is the scariest. If so many "teachers" believe they can say these horrific things to children (very young children) without consequence, it may be an ominous sign of far worse things to come.
