Volunteers will hear and decide on the claims of men attempting to avoid or postpone military service due to conscientious objection, hardship for families, or status as students or ministers of religion in the event that a draft is put into affect. During peacetime, members go through 12 hours of training and must attend 4 refresher hours per year. Don't you find the wording very HARSH?

I genuinely believe there will be more small references to a draft showing up all over the place. This definitely has the feeling of something which is already underway, doesn't it?
