My thoughts are he is a bad leader and just looks at every one by him self. Those types sort of mass if the leader is like them. You can read history and see this stuff turning up over and over. I often wonder if the jack asses all get to gether first and pick a leader like them self or the leader picks the jack asses to follow. Either way they seem to turn up just about every place at one time in the history of anything. The shame is they can cause so many deaths and they do when it is a country.
