I predict he will start another war, perhaps aided by a new terrorist threat, and there will be an implication that anyone who disagrees with him is "anti-American"--including his opponent.

Maybe I'm tinfoil-hatting here, but I live with people whose area of study is Nazi Germany. *They* have made plans for escaping to safety. When people who study fascism to the point of getting primary-source documents and working with notable historians on the topic are starting to worry, I think there may be cause for concern...
