CNN/Gallup: has * higher in 30 of 38 months vs. the average of 10 other polls.

The average Bush CNN/Gallup job rating for 38 months is 64.92%
The average for 10 other Polls is 62.54%
The difference of 2.38% is significant.

The bias has increased over the last 7 months as Bush has dropped below 50%. Over this period, CNN has Bush at a 55% average. The other 10 pollsters have him at 51.26%, an even larger 3.74% deviation. The current Bush trend reversal is a joke. Something is afoot.

The most recent CNN poll has Bush at 53%, up from 49% a few weeks ago. This is a sign of desperation and an obvious attempt to fool the public into thinking that Bush is gaining popularity at Kerry's expense. Bush should now be at 47% based on the trend and Clarke's destruction of his phony "War President" image. And the Medicare scandal is percolating.
