5. I voted "Other" for a radical new plan.
Let's try NOT attempting to address everybody's else's problems for a year or two. We cause trouble wherever we go. We have zero credibility now. When the U.S. shows up on somebody's doorstep, it is a liability not a benefit.

Imagine spending a few billions on humanitarian aid and insisting that it be distributed fairly.

Then in a few years we could go back to meddling.

Of course, this would mean cutting loose all the businesses and corrupt governments throughout the world that support the U.S., and that will never happen.
