And he is not inventing it. It's been in use for the past few years, at least, particularly in reference to the Bush administration. Web writers seem especially to like the use of "misleadership," as you can see by a simple search; interesting most seem to be leftist web writers.

However, the main thing is that there is a big difference between a thinking person choosing to use a variation of speech and somebody who doesn't know he is even doing it, so it is ludicrous to ever connect Clark's doing it with Bush's doing it.





In any case, strictly on "misleadership": it works.
