the way I see it. They are:

1. Bush is conspiring with Saudi Arabia to manipulate oil prices in order to manipulate the November election.

2. $700 million was misapppropriated to Iraq rather than Afghanistan as it was intended. And, they conspired to keep Congress in the dark on this. (We don't know how dark Delay et al were.)

3. Bushco showed top secret documents marked explicitly that they were not to be seen by foreigners. Some one should go to jail.

The book also paints a sordid picture of the inner workings of the WH.

#1 & #2 are (or should be) highly damaging to Bush.

The rest of the book is fluff.
