10. well looking at history
ie that the US is the only nation to have ever used them, and the most recent nation to invade and occupy a foreign nation perhaps the rest of us should "strike" the US in order to prevent them building yet MORE WMD's.

Pre-emptive strikes are illegitimate - always. Defensive is one thing - pre-emptive is another kettle of fish altogether. Why the hell should some nations be allowed to have nukes and not others - Iran hasn't invaded anyone recently have they?
